Houbii Spot is an outdoor rope course and adventure attraction at the Singapore Zoo. We are looking for energetic, safety-conscious individuals to join our Outdoor Operations Crew. The team is responsible for guest safety, operations, and delivering a fun, memorable adventure experience to every visitor big or small. No prior experience is necessary.

What You'll Do

• Safety first: Conduct pre-opening and routine safety checks on harnesses, ropes, ziplines, and course equipment.
• Guest safety briefings: Fit harnesses correctly and brief guests clearly on safety procedures before they start the course.
• Course supervision: Marshal and supervise guests through obstacles and platforms at height, stepping in quickly when needed.
• Emergency response: Respond to incidents and carry out rescues as trained, following Houbii Spot's safety protocols.
• Guest experience: Deliver a friendly, energetic experience for individuals, families, school groups, and corporate programmes.
• Operations & upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the course, equipment, and grounds throughout the day.
• Front-of-house support: Assist at the admission/registration counter and with event set-up.
• Admin support: Assist in the admin and month-end procedures, and other admin duties if required.

You should be:

• At least 18 years old, physically fit, and comfortable working at height and outdoors
• Passionate about outdoors and enjoys an active, hands-on job
• Strong communicator with a warm, guest-first attitude and being comfortable with people of all ages
• Able to stand, climb, and stay active for extended periods, in all weather conditions
• Team player who's flexible with shift work, including weekends and public holidays
• No experience needed as we will train and certify you

Education:

• GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
