Full Time Operations Admin Jobs, in Inter Island Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an organized and responsible Operations Admin to support our client's daily administrative and operational activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Update information and documents in company systems.
• Maintain operational reports, databases, and vehicle records.
• Monitor payments, petty cash, and reimbursement records.
• Prepare staff attendance and leave reports.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and operational equipment records.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments on administrative and maintenance matters.
• Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks.
• Perform other related duties when required.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
• Good computer skills, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
