Job description

• Pre-contract work including sourcing of contractors/suppliers, preparing tender documents, prepare tender report for presentation and contract award administrations required within set datelines.
• Post-contract work including contractors monthly progress claim, variation order, final account for completed projects.
• Project Costing - handle budgetary cost control.

Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Candidates with 1-2 years are welcome to apply
• Proactive personalities with good communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
