About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing Cookie Sales Promoters to introduce customers to our freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, providing excellent service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer product samples and introduce customers to our cookies.
• Recommend products and assist customers with their purchases.
• Promote ongoing offers and contribute towards achieving daily sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive kiosk display.
• Provide a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
