Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. The role includes developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment regulations. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership to support talent management strategies, foster an inclusive and engaging work culture, and leverage data-driven insights to improve HR processes in line with the company’s AI-first approach. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting remote workforce needs.

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including HR administration, documentation, and process optimization for remote teams.
• Candidates should possess Employee Relations and HR Policies skills, including conflict resolution, policy development, and compliance with employment laws.
• Relevant experience in tech, AI, or data-driven organizations, with the ability to use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a focus on inclusivity and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
