Full Time Site Executive (Cleaning Services) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in SFS Binaharta Sdn Hd Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsiilities

• Manage and monitor daily site operations and housekeeping/cleaning activities.
• Supervise and coordinate site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with foreign workers, including assisting with work-related issues, attendance, discipline and general welfare matters.
• Act as the liaison between site staff, management and clients when required.
• Monitor performance, deployment and manpower requirements.
• Address and resolve site operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure service standards and company procedures are followed.
• Prepare and submit site reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist in handling staff-related matters, work permits/documents and other issues where applicable.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in facility management, cleaning/housekeeping, site operations or manpower management is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with foreign workers.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel between sites.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks and resolve operational issues.
• Willing to work according to operational requirements.
