Job Description
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly attentive and responsible Operations Control Executive to support real-time fleet monitoring and ensure operational safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live sensor data and camera feeds via internal Portal and Fleet Management Systems
Ensure all vehicles operate within defined safety and regulatory parameters
Securely tag and archive CCTV/dashcam footage and black-box data for regulatory reporting and audit purposes (e.g. LTA/Traffic Police requirements)
Execute incident response SOPs effectively and efficiently
Act as the central communication point between Safety Teams, Remote Operators, and Field Operators
Advantageous to have
Prior experience in operations monitoring, control room, or fleet management is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor multiple data streams simultaneously
