Main Tasks Description:

1. Product & Campaign Understanding

• The mission and objectives of fundraising campaigns
• Background and initiatives of the charity organisation
• Key talking points and campaign messaging
• Donor engagement approaches
• Ethical fundraising practices
  

2. Sales & Marketing Training

• Effective communication techniques
• Objection handling and problem-solving
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Professional image and brand representation
• Understanding consumer behaviour

3. Face-to-Face Customer Engagement, gathering hands-on experience

• Engaging members of the public professionally
• Creating meaningful conversations to raise awareness
• Educating potential supporters about SASCO’s/Sian Chay Medical Institute initiatives
• Encouraging public participation and donations
• Building rapport and trust with customers
  

4. Attend Combine Meetings, Workshops and Business Opportunity meetings

• Go through personal development topics and workshops to up-skill
• Understand more about leadership path and development
• Learn more about different Industries and projects, real world business operation and how to help them scale
• Learn about Career progression and Entrepreneurship concepts

5. Training & Development Opportunities

• Mentor and guide new joiners
• Assist in onboarding and coaching
• Conduct roleplay sessions
• Support team leaders during training
