Role Overview

Join a leading semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore as a Production Operator. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, handling semiconductor wafers, and ensuring products are manufactured according to strict quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and rotating shifts.

Working Arrangement

• Location: Tampines
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Shift Pattern: Rotating Shift
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:15 PM
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:15 AM
• Schedule: 4 Days Work, 3 Days Off
• Shift Rotation: Monthly (1 month on day shift, 1 month on night shift)
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and handle semiconductor wafers according to established procedures.
• Perform machine setup and support daily production activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and production output to meet operational targets.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the production area.
• Identify potential production or safety issues and work closely with Manufacturing Technicians to resolve them.
• Ensure accurate handling of products while maintaining high quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Candidates with relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts.
• Comfortable performing standing work for extended periods.
• Willing to wear a cleanroom jumpsuit throughout working hours.
• Able to communicate in basic English (English assessment required).
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to follow detailed work instructions.

Benefits & Allowances

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,250 – 1,350 per month
• Shift Allowance:
• SGD 8 per day (Day Shift)
• SGD 20 per day (Night Shift)
• Monthly Skill Allowance (MSA): SGD 60 – 130 (subject to eligibility)
