About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Financial Consultant/ Manager to drive advisory solutions across both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients. You will deliver integrated strategies covering General Insurance and comprehensive Wealth Management Planning.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Advisory: Advise SME and corporate clients on commercial insurance (property, liability, keyman insurance, employee benefits, group medical, and business continuity planning).
B2C Advisory: Conduct holistic financial planning for retail and high-net-worth individuals, covering investment portfolios, retirement planning, legacy management, and personal risk protection.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular financial reviews, portfolio rebalancing, and claim management support.
Market Development: Prospect and convert leads across corporate and individual networks through networking events, seminars, and corporate wellness initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Required certifications (CMFAS rules: M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI, PCI, CGI certifications preferred).
Prior experience in general insurance advisory, wealth management, or corporate sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
