Full Time Operation Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Sailion Shipping Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of vessel arrivals, departures, and berthing arrangements in compliance with port and maritime regulations.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents such as bills of lading, cargo manifests, and other required paperwork.
• Liaise with port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support in the planning and scheduling of vessel movements, cargo operations, and crew changes.
• Assist with customs documentation and clearance processes for vessels and cargo.
• Ensure all operations adhere to local and international/local shipping regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Handle on Bill of Lading/Manifest/OKTB/Invoice/

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in the shipping industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
