Equipment Oversight:
Monitor the condition of heavy machinery like shears, balers, shredders, weighing scales, and forklifts, reporting faults or maintenance needs quickly.
Process Optimization:
Improve yard layout, reduce material losses, and maximize scrap recovery rates.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Transport Scheduling:
Coordinate collection and delivery timetables with drivers, transporters, suppliers, and buyers.
Stock Monitoring:

Team Supervision & Safety
Manpower Planning:
Deploy daily work schedules, assign priorities, and supervise general yard workers.
