Driver & Warehouse/ Merchandising Assistant

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Being a full time Driver.

Handling Retail restock and deliveries.

Checking stocks and inventory at resellers points.

Reporting on stocks and inventory updates and expiry dates at resellers points.

Assist the warehouse team in packing and checking orders.

Delivering Company's products & complete errands as directed by office.

Responsible for the proper loading and unloading of company's products in accordance to the company's guidelines, rules and regulations.

Ensure that the event set-ups are in accordance to the management's plan and the customers' requirements.

Assist warehouse team in inventory stock-taking and packing.

Help with general work when delivery is not required.

Handling and dispatching of company's equipment or as directed.

Responsible for the maintenance and the general cleanliness of the vehicle.

Administrative tasks include updating Delivery Order forms, update the usage of the assigned cash card and petrol card etc.

Possess a class 3 license.

Minimum 2 years driving experience.

Well-groomed and neat appearance.

Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.

Can speak and write basic English.

Any other task assigned to you by the Management or your supervisors.

8.30am-6pm (Monday - Friday)

8.30am-12.30pm ( Saturday)

5 and half day a week

Able to do over-time on weekends, Sundays and/or PHs when required.
