Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, motivated and goal-oriented Personal Financial Executive (PFE) to join our growing sales team.

This is an entry-level financial sales opportunity suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with sales, telemarketing, customer service or other customer-facing experience. Full training and coaching will be provided to help you develop your communication, sales and financial advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls using company-provided leads.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Build rapport and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Handle customer questions and objections confidently.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM tools.
• Achieve individual weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and track personal sales performance.
• Participate in training, coaching and team development activities.
• Continuously improve communication, product knowledge and sales skills.

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• RM800 monthly allowance, subject to company eligibility requirements.
