NPE Print Communications Pte. Ltd. began in 1967 at 36 China Street and evolved with Offset Printing in 1986 and LargePrint in 2000. Now based in Kallang Place, it expanded in 2015 to include Metro Packaging, personalizing paper food packaging for local markets.
Job Summary
Support financial and administrative operations by managing government grants, staff welfare, and office administration while preparing financial reports and assisting cross-departmental collaboration to meet accounting deadlines.
Responsibilities
Manage government grant applications and submit all related claims accurately and timely
Coordinate training arrangements and assist in applying for training grants to support staff development
Administer staff insurance matters, including WICA and medical injury claims, ensuring compliance and timely processing
Oversee office administration tasks to maintain smooth daily operations
Prepare and disburse staff claims promptly to ensure accurate reimbursement
Assist in accounts payable data entry to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare monthly sales commission reports to support sales team compensation processes
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to exchange information and meet accounting deadlines efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Business or Accounting
At least 1 year of experience handling HR or Accounts Functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and good time management
