Responsibilities
Working hour
Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Key Roles
Support SMT and teachers in student discipline cases, recess/activity management, detention, and corrective work
Maintain discipline records, assist in investigations, and coordinate with parents/guardians
Conduct walkabouts, monitor entry/exit points, manage crowd flow, and respond to emergencies
Maintain student management records, track attendance, and prepare discipline trend reports
Identify and refer students needing additional support; build positive relationships
Support SMT briefings and other duties assigned by school management
Requirements
Preferably 5 years' relevant working experience
Preferably former national uniformed services personnel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in report writing, documentation, and MS Office
Valid First Aid certificate
