ARE YOU A SALES PERFORMER?

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth.

Candidates with a proven track record of sales performance are highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Monitor individual and team sales performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
• Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports for Management
• Coach, motivate and develop the sales team
• Handle customer enquiries, negotiations and key accounts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Travel when required for business meetings, customer visits and other work-related activities
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
• Proven experience in sales management / business development
• Strong and demonstrable sales performance record is highly preferred
• Candidates with automotive industry experience are highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with strong business development capabilities
• Able to analyse sales performance and develop effective sales strategies
• Willing to travel when required
• Able to work independently and manage a sales team effectively
