Full Time Operations Support Coordinator (Shipping document- Incoterm) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The jobscope is as follows:

• Manage the order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and ensure accurate, timely and document management.
• Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submission to the Finance Department.
• Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly management reports.
• Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous process improvements.

14. Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
15. Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel.
16. Salary - Up to $4,000 (with experience). Salary will be subject to qualifications and experience.
17. In addition, candidate will be entitled to monthly transport reimbursement.
