Full Time Occupational Safety - Health Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Scanwolf Corporation Berhad Perak - Maukerja

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, implementing safety programs, and promoting a safe work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain occupational safety and health programs and policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and unsafe conditions in the workplace.
• Collaborate with management and employees to establish safety goals and objectives.
• Provide safety training and education to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety inspections, training, incidents, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local occupational safety and health regulations and ensure compliance.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding safety-related concerns and questions.
• Participate in safety committees and meetings to discuss safety issues, initiatives, and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related field (preferred) and/or possess OSH Coordinator Certification.
• Proven experience in occupational safety and health, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
