Full Time HR RECRUITER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in VR STAR SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
• Review and shortlist applications based on job requirements.
• Contact shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
• Prepare employment-related documents for selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and employment offers.
• Assist with employee onboarding and new employee documentation.
• Maintain an organised candidate database and recruitment records.
• Assist the HR team with general HR and administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment min 1 year or HR is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee and candidate information professionally.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
