Aslant Legal is working with a global law firm on the search for a Senior Associate to join its market-leading corporate team.

You will be working on sophisticated high-profile M&A transactions across the globe, taking ownership of key workstreams, coordinating across multiple jurisdictions, and working closely with partners and clients throughout the deal process, from a very preliminary stage to full completion.

Requirements:

• 6 to 10 years of PQE
• Experience working on cross-border private M&A transactions
• Common law qualification
