Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Handle and Coordinate Plastic & Paper product development cycle (prototypes, molds, production, product and material sourcing) with factory
Responsible in managing/ assisting to manage suppliers, product development schedule, costing comparison & calculation, sourcing material and vendors.
Follow-up orders with factory, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Shorten development lead-times
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Willing to travel or station in China factories
Requirements:
Form 7 or above
At least 5-8 yrs of experiences in toys manufacturing
Strong with plastic paper development cycle / schedule is a definite advantage
Familiar with safety requirements
Good command in English
Excellent communication skills with overseas customers and vendors are essential
Work independently, hands - on mentality, pro-active attitude, Creative
Immediately available is preferred
Candidates with more experience can be considered as Project Manager
