Job Summary:We are seeking a sharp, trend-obsessed, and creative Social Media Strategist to join our strategy team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, content direction, and campaign execution across social channels for a diverse portfolio of lifestyle, FMCG, and corporate clients. You will turn social trends, channel analytics, and consumer insights into winning content frameworks and high-performing social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Strategy Development: Formulate, present, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) aligned with client business objectives.
  • Content Framework & Campaign Direction: Conceptualize creative social initiatives, content pillars, and monthly editorial calendars; collaborate closely with content creators, copywriters, and designers to produce engaging assets.
  • Trend & Cultural Scouting: Monitor real-time internet culture, emerging platform features, viral trends, and competitor activities to capitalize on timely content opportunities.
  • Community & Influencer Strategy: Develop community engagement frameworks and manage influencer/KOL strategy, from identification and brief creation to campaign tracking and relationship management.
  • Social Analytics & Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, ROI, conversion); translate social metrics into actionable strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Client Management & Pitches: Present strategy decks, campaign reports, and pitch proposals confidently to client stakeholders and internal account leads.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing experience within an Agency, Brand Consultancy, or High-Growth Brand.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, short-form video strategies (TikTok/Reels), paid social fundamentals, and channel best practices.
  • Proficiency in social listening, analytics, and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent creative copywriting, visual storytelling, and deck presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
