Full Time Retail Advisor (Executive), Contract 6 months Jobs, in Takaful Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Drive the growth and expansion of the retail takaful business through proactive sales, customer acquisition and relationship-building initiatives.

• Responsible to promote retail direct takaful products and achieve the set retail contribution and sales target.
• To follow up diligently on all referrals and coverts to customers.
• To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.
• Disciplined tracking of all sales activities and developing existing client base through cross-selling and up sell initiatives.
• Increase brand awareness and support business growth by promoting relevant products and services.
• To fully comply with all company standards of operation and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in the affinity institution sales and promotion activities.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Insurance, Takaful, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Sales or Marketing experience in family Takaful/insurance environment with extensive retail Takaful business exposure. Candidates from diverse sales-oriented backgrounds, including banking, MLM, water purification, and non-profit organizations, are encouraged to apply.
• Good organizational ability and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions.
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills.
