About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing digital campaigns, growing our online presence, and engaging our audience across multiple platforms. You will be working closely with our range of luxurious Hi-Fi systems, helping to bring their design, sound, and craftsmanship to life through compelling content and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media posts
• Develop creative concepts and design materials for integrated marketing campaigns across digital ads, social media, websites, EDMs/newsletters, and printed collaterals
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and digital ads
• Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, product labels, catalogues, and social media graphics, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Edit photos and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Manage the company's social media platforms, plan content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with online audiences
• Support EDMs, newsletters, and community engagement initiatives
• Assist in event marketing and on-site content capture
• Monitor and track performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, leads) and prepare regular performance reports with suggestions for improvement
• Conduct light market research on industry trends and competitor activities

About you

• Prior experience or internship in digital marketing, social media management, or a related area is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and their content formats
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles
• Familiarity with EDM/newsletter tools (e.g. Mailchimp, or similar platforms) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for visual design
• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A strong team player with good interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
• Willingness to travel for events or on-site content capture, where required
• A love for music and audio culture will be a strong plus!
