About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Engineer to support our Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams. This role acts as the key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth execution from quotation stage, order management, delivery coordination, after-sales support, and marketing activities.

This position is ideal for candidates with a technical engineering background who enjoy customer interaction, coordination, and project follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales Support

• Prepare and coordinate technical quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Costing teams for proposal preparation.
• Support technical clarifications and customer inquiries.

Customer & Order Coordination

• Follow up on quotations and support order closure activities.
• Coordinate customer orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Provide customers with updates on project progress and delivery status.
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure commitments are met.

Customer Support

• Manage customer enquiries, repeat orders, and account servicing activities.
• Handle warranty claims, complaints, and return material authorization (RMA) cases.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Exhibition Support

• Coordinate participation in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, and technical events.
• Support booth setup, logistics, marketing materials, and product displays.
• Assist in lead collection and post-event follow-up activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Process Engineering, or related Engineering disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in:
• Customer Engineering
• Technical Sales Support
• Project Coordination
• Manufacturing Coordination
• Engineering Support

Preferred Industry Background
