Purify Skin & Wellness Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, improve customer engagement, and support the growth of our skincare, beauty, wellness, and retail business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for digital marketing, customer and market analysis, campaign planning, content development, and performance tracking. The role will also involve the use of AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI and Adobe Firefly to improve marketing productivity and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies for the company's skincare, beauty, wellness, and retail offerings.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, social media content, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Create marketing content including social media captions, promotional materials, product descriptions, customer FAQs, email marketing content, and campaign concepts.
• Use AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI and Adobe Firefly to support content creation, marketing visuals, campaign development, and customer engagement activities.
• Analyse customer data from retail sales, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns to understand customer preferences, purchasing behaviour, and engagement trends.
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify target customer groups and support personalised marketing strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, sales results, customer engagement, and other key marketing metrics.
• Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and performance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Analyse customer feedback, online reviews, and engagement data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and retention.
• Conduct market research on skincare, beauty, wellness, and retail industry trends.
• Monitor competitor activities, consumer behaviour, and market developments to identify business and marketing opportunities.
• Develop recommendations to improve product positioning, promotional strategies, customer loyalty, and retail sales performance.
• Work closely with management and internal teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Support the continuous improvement and digitalisation of marketing processes.

Job Requirements

• No prior work experience required.
• Interest in marketing, digital marketing, social media, skincare, beauty, wellness, or retail.
• Willing to learn how to use digital and AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI and Adobe Firefly .
• Basic analytical skills and willingness to work with customer, sales, and marketing data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organised, and able to manage assigned tasks independently.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Training and guidance will be provided.
