With offices in over 22 countries, CoGri Group brings together the world's leading specialists in industrial flooring, providing consultancy, construction, testing, and specialist engineering services to clients worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to lead specialist flooring projects supporting advanced automation, logistics operations, and data centres across Asia Pacific. Our work goes beyond conventional construction—we deliver highly specialised, performance-based flooring solutions for some of the world's leading industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and technology companies.

This is a full-time role based in Singapore, with opportunities to manage projects across the Asia Pacific region.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of specialist flooring projects for automated logistics facilities, industrial developments, warehouses, and data centres
  • Take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage project programmes, resource planning, procurement schedules, and construction sequencing
  • Manage project risks, identify potential issues early, and implement practical solutions to minimise delays and cost impacts
  • Prepare project drawings, specifications, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and technical documentation prior to execution
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives
  • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery
  • Attend and lead project meetings, technical discussions, progress meetings, and commercial negotiations
  • Monitor quality, safety, engineering compliance, and productivity throughout all stages of construction
  • Review progress against programme and implement recovery plans where necessary
  • Manage project variations, contractual correspondence, claims, and documentation where required
  • Ensure accurate reporting of project progress, costs, risks, and commercial performance to management
  • Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes, quality systems, and project delivery standards

What We are Looking For:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5–10 years of construction project management experience (experience in industrial, logistics, warehouse automation, or data centre projects will be highly advantageous)
  • Proven experience managing projects from commencement through to successful completion
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Excellent understanding of construction contracts, project planning, procurement, and project controls
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, engineering standards, and technical documentation
  • Experience preparing and reviewing construction programmes, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and project documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project will be advantageous
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams and multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and disciplined execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with confidence making decisions in demanding site environments
  • Willingness to travel and manage regional projects across Asia Pacific
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
