Core Responsibilities

• B2B Account Management & Expansion: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including general practitioner (GP) networks, specialist centers, public/private hospitals, and major retail partners like Watsons, Guardian, and Unity.

• Sales Growth & Targets: Execute business development plans to cross-sell products, secure repeat orders for consumables, and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.

• Clinical Training & Onboarding: Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on clinical training for doctors, nurses, and pharmacists on BUZUD technologies, particularly Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS) and home health management devices.

• Commercial Administration: Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and official hospital or government tender documentation.

• Market Intelligence & Lead Generation: Perform clinic visits, track competitor activity, and gather clinical feedback to inform company strategy.

Typical Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Bioengineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B healthcare account management (fresh graduates with relevant healthcare/life sciences internships are often considered).

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Singapore’s local healthcare ecosystem (GP networks, specialist procurement, retail pharmacy chains).

• Key Skills: B2B negotiations, clinical presentation skills, CRM management, and personal mobility for on-site clinic and client visits.
