about the job. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage comprehensive commercial and cost management duties across pre-contract and post-contract project stages.

• Oversee complete pre-contract and post-contract cost management processes for high-rise developments.
• Evaluate tender documents, prepare bill of quantities, and manage sub-contractor procurement.
• Handle monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
• Conduct cost planning, forecasting, and ongoing monitoring to ensure project budgets remain on track.
• Perform risk assessments and advise project management teams on commercial obligations and contract conditions.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Professional qualifications or a degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Measurement, or a related field.
• Proven track record in cost management for high-rise or large-scale building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local standard forms of contract and construction procurement methods.
• Demonstrated experience handling full contract cycles from tender preparation to final accounts.
• Strong numerical capabilities, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen.
