About the Roles

We are seeking a Consultant cum Therapist to join our medical aesthetics team in the East. This permanent position offers a five-day workweek with flexible rotational days off, including Sundays and public holidays, and working hours from 10 am to 8 pm. What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct personalized client consultations to identify aesthetic needs and suggest appropriate treatments.
• Perform basic facial and skincare procedures following company protocols and safety guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Promote treatments and packages professionally to support sales targets.
• Assist doctors during procedures and provide post-treatment care to clients.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in a clean, organized, and hygienic manner.
• Follow up with clients to monitor treatment progress and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with new aesthetic products, procedures, and industry trends.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness industries is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales abilities.
• Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including Saturdays and weekends.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
