Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire operation

• Deliver superior customer services and ensure customersatisfaction

• Develop the overall marketing strategy

• Respond efficiently to customer questions andcomplaints

• Organize and supervise shifts

• Manage and lead staff (including hiring newemployees)

• Training and evaluate staff performance

• Forecast requirements and maintain inventory

• Manage supplies (including costs control andminimizing wastage)

• Nurture a positive working environment for allemployees

• Monitor operations, implement innovative strategiesto improve productivity and sales

• Search new outlet location

• Plan and develop new outlet operations
