Full Time Architectural Drafter Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in MAHIR REKA CONSULTANT (M) SDN BHD Melaka - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Responsible for drafting and preparation of plan, section, elevation & detailed drawings.
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentation to meet project requirements.
• Add details based on knowledge of building techniques, building codes and site requirements
• Must be proficient in Architectural Drafting and have Technical knowledge interns of design details.
• Should have experience in handling submissions and approvals with local councils. i.e Online Submission, Follow up with local authority.
• Go to the construction site before and during construction to understand site requirements and changes
• Dedicated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to work schedules and established deadlines.
• To perform ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a relevant Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong in Autocad Skill
• Well-versed in softwares (Sketchup, Adobe, Microsoft Office)
• Able to communicate effectively in speaking and writing fluently in English
• A keen eye for details and enjoy independent working.
• Prefer 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
