Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in WOH HUP (PRIVATE) LIMITED West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the Finance team on administrative tasks to support finance deliverables and day-to-day operations. In this critical role of a dynamic growing business, it is an opportunity to gain exposure to finance operations in the construction industry and gain experience in Accounts Payable.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of deliveries expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundation of responsibilities and capabilities that are required for the candidate to be successful in this role.

• Day-to-day operational tasks including account payables, accounts receivables, and bank reconciliation functions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough finance data records
• Support in any other ad-hoc duties as required by the team
• Adherence to safety in the workplace
• Other administrative scope such as scanning and filing of documents

Skills & Requirements

• At least a Diploma graduate in accounting and finance or its equivalent 
• Min. 1 year of experience in accounting & finance role 
• Detail orientated with a strong professional pride in ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time
• A team player with a positive proactive approach to managing tasks on hand.
