Working hours: Monday - Thursday : 8am - 5.30pm, Friday : 8am - 5pm

Salary: $2,800 - $3,000

Job Description:

• Attend to walk-in members of the public (MOPs)
• Process applications, renewals, issuance, and printing of certificates using internal systems (training will be provided for use of internal systems)
• Use common office tools (Microsoft Outlook, Skype, etc.)
• Handle enquiries via phone calls and emails
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Min. 6 months of customer service and administrative experience
• Tech-savvy, customer-centric, and proactive with a positive working attitude
• Good communication and writing skills (written and spoken)
• May involve physical work due to guardhouse duties and the need to move documents
