Qualifications & experience

• Malaysian Only
• 19 Years Old - 40 Years Old.
• Minimum SPM (higher education is an advantage).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional language will be an added advantage).
• No experience needed (experience in collections, credit control, or customer service will be an added advantage).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments to arrange settlements.
• Work with related teams to ensure timely collection.
• Negotiate repayment solutions with customers in arrears.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up promptly.
