About the Roles

Join a Building and Construction/ Manufacturing (Furniture) company as a Project Manager (Interior / A&A) based in Mandai Estate, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM. This is a permanent role offering a basic salary, variable bonus, and medical & dental benefits, ideal for professionals experienced in interior, renovation, furniture-related, and A&A project works.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, work schedules, and suitable construction strategies.
• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site teams.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to support project timelines and quality expectations.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective action where needed.
• Maintain accurate records for site activities, contracts, variations, and project reports.
• Ensure all works comply with workplace safety regulations and required quality standards.
• Support final inspections, project handover, and completion documentation.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building, Construction Management, or a related field recognised by BCA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Experience in office renovation, interior finishing works, furniture-related projects, or Addition & Alteration (A&A) works will be advantageous.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Able to manage several tasks concurrently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
