Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented individual to assist customers with their enquiries and provide a positive customer experience. Training will be provided, and candidates from different industries are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
Provide accurate information on products and services
Assist with customer requests, feedback and general enquiries
Follow up on outstanding customer matters when required
Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Perform basic administrative and customer service duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, approachable and service-oriented
Comfortable interacting with customers from different backgrounds
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided
Fresh graduates and mid-career switchers are welcome to apply
