Responsibilities
Experience: 3–5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 2 years delivering public sector / GovTech implementations.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional is a plus).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
Skills: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, process mapping (Visio/Lucidchart), and Agile methodology within a government context.
