Lead and manage daily operations to drive business growth, optimize budgets, and enhance employee productivity while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and delivering actionable insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning

Develop and implement strategic plans and set measurable growth objectives

Manage budgets by monitoring expenses and identifying cost optimization opportunities

Establish and enforce company policies and operational processes to maintain standards

Foster employee productivity and professional development through coaching and support

Oversee recruitment and training programs to build a skilled and effective workforce
