At Baby Angels, we believe caring for a baby goes far beyond feeding, changing diapers and putting them to sleep.

Babies may not be able to tell us what they need with words, but they communicate with us all day through their cries, expressions, movements, feeding patterns and little changes in behaviour.

We are looking for caring, patient and attentive Infant Caregivers who understand these little signals and genuinely enjoy being part of a baby’s earliest stage of life.

What You’ll Do?

As an Infant Caregiver at Baby Angels, you will be entrusted with the daily care, comfort, safety and development of the babies under your care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive and affectionate care to infants throughout the day.

• Feeding babies according to their individual feeding schedules and parents’ instructions.

• Changing diapers and maintaining excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness.

• Supporting safe and comfortable sleep and nap routines.

• Comforting babies when they are unsettled and responding appropriately to their individual cues.

• Observing changes in feeding, sleep, behaviour, mood, skin condition and general wellbeing, and reporting concerns promptly.

• Engaging babies through age-appropriate talking, reading, music, sensory play, tummy time and developmental activities.

• Supporting early social, emotional, physical and cognitive development through everyday interactions.

• Maintaining accurate daily records of feeding, diaper changes, naps, activities and other relevant observations.

• Keeping baby cots, toys, feeding areas and care environments clean, organised and hygienic.

• Following Baby Angels’ hygiene, sanitisation, infection-control and safety procedures.

• Communicating professionally and respectfully with parents and other members of the Baby Angels team.

• Working closely with fellow caregivers, educators, management and healthcare professionals where required.

• Participating in training and continuously improving infant-care knowledge and practices.

Who We’re Looking For?

We value attitude and genuine care for babies just as much as qualifications.

You should be someone who is patient, gentle, responsible and observant — someone who notices when a baby is behaving a little differently instead of simply completing a checklist.

Candidates with qualifications or experience in early childhood education, nursing, infant care, postnatal care or related fields are encouraged to apply.

KAP training or relevant childcare certification is an advantage. Nursing candidates with relevant LJM registration/certification and experience in NICU, paediatric, maternity or postnatal care will also be an advantage.

Most importantly, we are looking for people who understand that parents are trusting us with someone incredibly precious to them.

That trust should never be taken lightly.
