Responsibilities
Location: Orchard, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: up to $4,500 (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
Own and lead seasonal buying strategy and range selection across all active brands
Build and manage annual buying plans and OTB model within approved financial parameters
Monitor weekly sell-through performance and initiate reorders, transfers, or clearance actions
Oversee store allocation, replenishment, and inventory health across all brands and markets
Negotiate with brand principals on allocation, MOQ, and exclusivity on key styles
Drive end-of-season clearance planning and markdown strategy
Review and sign off on purchase orders
Lead vendor onboarding, relationship management, and compliance
Manage, coach, and develop Merchandising Executive(s)
Present buying plans and merchandising performance at Quarterly Business Reviews
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
Minimum 5 years in merchandising or buying, with at least 2 years in a management role
Proven experience owning a seasonal buying plan and OTB model across multiple brands
Multi-brand or distribution experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Proven leadership and team management experience
