You will coordinate company events and travel, support media activities, and manage wellness programs to enhance team engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage company events including annual Dinner & Dance and team-building activities to ensure successful execution
Book air tickets and plan travel arrangements for team trips to support smooth logistics
Communicate effectively with site teams to facilitate event and program coordination
Provide media support by taking and editing photos to document company events and activities
Manage the wellness program by sourcing suitable sites and organizing activities that promote employee well-being
