Full Time Customer Service - Sales Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in FIXAIRE SERVICE Federal Territory - Maukerja

Location: NU Tower 2, KL Sentral
Salary: Up to RM4,100 + KPI up to RM300/month + Sales Commission
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5 days and 2days rotational weekly off)
Joining Date: 5 October 2026

Requirements
SPM & above
Telesales experience is preferred
Strong BPO / Customer Service experience is also welcome
Good customer service and sales skills
Able to start immediately / by 5 October 2026

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide professional assistance
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Follow up with customers and generate sales opportunities
Promote products/services and achieve sales targets
Handle customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
Maintain accurate customer records
Meet assigned KPIs and sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
