Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Support decision-making processes by providing financial analysis and insights.
- Ensure proper internal controls and adherence to financial policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies for optimisation.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and problem-solving.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Monthly salary between MYR 6,000 and MYR 8,000.
- Permanent employment with a stable organisation.
