Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, Linux, ISO/IEC 27001) preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and enterprise systems.
- Hands‑on experience with system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions.
- Good communication and mentoring skills for guiding junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex issues.
- Collaborate with Technical Lead and Project Managers in project execution.
- Review and validate technical configurations and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance frameworks, and information security policies
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training to enhance team capability.
- Conduct system performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Support presales team with technical input for proposals and tenders when required.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to technical practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in engineering methodologies and delivery
- frameworks.
