Job Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance, servicing, inspection, and repairs of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.

* Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and identify the causes of faults.

* Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.

* Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.

* Conduct testing after repairs to ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and in good working condition.

* Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, spare parts, and maintenance activities.

* Keep tools, equipment, and the workshop clean and properly maintained.

* Report major mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacement of parts.

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to company procedures.

* Perform other mechanical and maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Mechanic – Requirements

* Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* Previous experience as a mechanic is an advantage.

* Good knowledge of vehicle and machinery maintenance and repair.

* Able to diagnose mechanical problems and perform troubleshooting.

* Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is an advantage.

* Able to use common mechanic tools and diagnostic equipment.

* Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Physically fit and able to perform hands-on mechanical work.

* Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required.

* Possess a valid driving
