Job Summary

Drive client retention and business growth by delivering tailored solutions and building strong key account relationships. Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations team, analyze client metrics, and support projects to enhance client offerings in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and foster long-term partnerships
• Drive client retention by ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to address client needs and deliver customized solutions for key accounts
• Analyze and present key metrics on client acquisition, retention, and engagement to support data-driven decision-making
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and support ad-hoc projects to enhance client offerings
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate resilience and maintain professionalism and integrity under pressure
• Utilize MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to support reporting and presentations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Post-secondary/diploma in related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Prior Sales Support experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
