Job Responsibilities
Manage the preparation, issuance, signing, follow-up and amendment of
student contracts
.
Coordinate with the Finance team on new contracts, invoicing and relevant administrative matters.
Manage
annual student re-enrolment
and contract renewal processes.
Handle student
withdrawal, transfer and deferment
procedures.
Manage
Student Pass applications
and related documentation, including monitoring relevant attendance requirements.
Handle
MOE exemption applications
and other regulatory documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
student records and admissions data
in the school management system.
Prepare weekly/monthly admissions reports for management.
Process requests for student documents, including
transcripts, enrolment certificates and student records
.
Manage enquiries from prospective parents via
email, phone and face-to-face communication
.
Support prospective families throughout the admissions process, including registration, assessments and interviews.
Assist with
campus tours, Open Houses, admissions fairs and school events
.
Represent the school professionally and communicate its
ethos, programmes and educational offerings
to prospective families.
Support internal/statutory audits and ensure admissions documentation is properly maintained.
Ensure compliance with relevant requirements and regulations, including
MOE, ICA, EDB and EduTrust
, where applicable.
Adhere to the school's
safeguarding, health and safety policies
and relevant Singapore regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the Admissions team and undertake other duties assigned by the
Head of Admissions or Headmaster
.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Business Administration, Education, Hospitality, Communications or a related discipline
.
Prior experience in
admissions, school administration, customer service or administrative support
is preferred.
Experience working in an
international school or education environment
would be an advantage.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with
good attention to detail
.
Confident and professional when communicating with
parents, students and internal stakeholders
.
Comfortable handling confidential student information and documentation.
Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups independently.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and comfortable working with databases/student management systems.
Service-oriented, approachable and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Able to support occasional
school events, Open Houses or admissions fairs
outside normal working hours when required.
Strong awareness of
confidentiality, child safeguarding and regulatory compliance
.
