Full Time Business Development Manager – PORTDEMY Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in PORTMAN International School Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools, education institutions, training providers and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell PORTDEMY’s SaaS-based education solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to proposal preparation, negotiation and closing.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and strategic partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and activity reports.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to support customer requirements and market growth.

Requirements

• Proven business development and sales experience is mandatory.
• Must have experience selling SaaS solutions within education services, EdTech, Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Education Management Systems (EMS).
• Strong B2B sales, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Established connections within the education sector are an advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
